If you haven’t hopped on the food truck craze, you’re about to get a great chance. These mobile delicatessens have delicious food on the go waiting for you, and several gourmet food trucks are about to make a stop in Grand Prairie near your apartment at Ashton Park.

At the Harvest Fair at Grand Prairie’s Farmer’s Market  on October 15 there will be live music children’s activities, and more, including gourmet food trucks. Starting at 10 AM the trucks will roll out their best dishes for you in a variety of cuisine styles, from vendors such as “Yum Yum, Gandolfos, Ssham’s, 3 Men and a Taco, Jack’s ChowHound, Mint Leaf Yogurt and and Soljah’s BBQ.” There’s a little something for everyone to enjoy, or you can try a little bit at each truck and see what you makes your taste buds the happiest.

In addition to the Harvest Fair the Farmers’ Market will feature its usual delights. Which food truck are you looking forward to most?
